The railway sector has been one of the main drivers of Arteixo Telecom throughout its history. Of a total of 11,870 km of the Spanish railway network, our own Train-Land communications system is installed on 9,098 km.

Railway equipment must be perfectly adapted to demanding requirements for performance, safety, extreme reliability and long-term support. As a supplier of solutions for the sector, we have focused on developing these points over the years and we are immersed in a process of continuous improvement that drives us to continue researching.

The railway sector has been one of Arteixo Telecom's main driving forces throughout its history. Out of a total of 11,870 km of the Spanish railway network, our own Tren-Tierra communications system is installed in 9,098 km.

Railway equipment must be perfectly adapted to the strictest requirements for performance, safety, extreme reliability and long-term support. As a solution supplier for this sector, we have focused on developing these aspects over the years and are engaged in a process of continuous improvement that drives us to continue our research.

Our experience and know-how are present in all areas of this sector and our Installations Department has been involved in the roll-out of optic fibre for each of the high-speed projects in Spain, with 3,000 km of fibre installed along the track. In addition, we have constructed and commissioned 7 technical buildings as well as GSM-R masts with their corresponding communication huts.

The Spanish railway network is considered one of the best in the world, not only for its infrastructures but also for the quality of the network itself. At Arteixo Telecom we strive to keep it that way, relying on new technologies and studying how to integrate them into our communications system.
